Brothers and sisters we are. We view each of us as free creators, and we treat each other as such. We ensure that everyone working for and with the studio enjoys what they do and views their creations as their own. We encourage every individual to contribute ideas and to execute them in order to see their imaginations turned into reality. In order to achieve this ideal, much creative liberty is allowed for each team member.

Challenges, difficulties and problems will come. And we expect them. We seek to constantly push our boundaries by facing those obstacles and our fears. We believe that it is by relentlessly overcoming our limits that we truly grow, and it is then that we realize just how much we are capable of.

Focus characterizes our spirit. We believe in concentrating our energy on one big project at a time in order to avoid spreading ourselves too thin. We value quality over quantity, always making sure that a task is perfectly executed to the best of our abilities before moving on to the next one.

Innovation is one of our greatest strengths. We take risks and invent new ways of doing things that have not been tried by many. This approach is used not only for coming up with novel ideas, but also for problem-solving and for establishing the studio's workflows and structure. We value intuition.

Communication plays a vital role as well. Relevant departments touch base often to be certain that what we are doing aligns with our vision, and we discuss ideas frequently to bring inspiration and improvements to each other.

Tolerance is also a quality of our studio. As technical hurdles arise, we see them as a natural process of production and an opportunity for learning. We are patient when facing them together, and then we move on once they are resolved.
